With 60 percentile in JEE Main, chances would be less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs through JoSAA Counselling. You should appear for the JEE Main April exam and aim to score better in the exam to get admission in any good college.
Also, you can use the JEE Main College Predictor Tool and check your chances of admission in colleges through state level counselling
