Not all NITs are good Not all IIITs are good, It totally depends on the college which you are getting and branch.

IIITs are good in CSE and IT branch. Both NITs and IIITs holds reputation in industry.

Both NIT and IIIT are good in terms of academics, faculty and placement. These are the second most preferred colleges of the JEE aspirants after IIT. Getting into either of the two is a good decision. But the cut-off ranks for the NITs are higher than the cutoff ranks for the IIITs for different branches.
