Hey aspirant , it's great you are thinking about future. Well all these offer you more or less same opportunity when it comes to government jobs. There are few vacancies in PSU's like SAIL for ECE ,EEE, IT and CS. Seats are almost same in all of them. 

Well apart from this Mechanical and Civil engineering have quite promising career when it comes to Government jobs. There are many vaccancies in PSU's like SAIL , BHEL , NTPC etc which offer many seats . In case of civil engineering there is scope in irrigation sectors . Government recruit civil engineers as well for construction purpose. 

Next there is option of IES examination for which civil and mechanical engineering are great options. All these are just datas , every branch has scope provided you do your work diligently .
