SASTRA university does not give admission on the basis of JEE mains only it also consider the board percent which should be 95+ or minimum 90+ And in mains 100+. They prepare their own merit list on the basis of 2 criteria:

1.   First criteria has 70% of seats. Admissions r given by taking 25% weightage of JEE mains and 75% of boards.

2.   Second criteria includes admission on the basis of board’s marks only. But it has only 30% of seats, so for this criteria u should be having 95 or 95+ for securing your seat as in this criteria competition may be very tough.
