Hi Rahul,

As per your marks in CUCET, you may not get admission in Karnataka Central University., Tamil Nadu Central University and Haryana Central University. You should have scored near about 100 for these Universities. Although your rank in TS-EAMCET and AP-EAMCET is quite impressive and you will the college and branch of your choice. Job prospects in CSE is enormous and can do your MS in AI/Data Science/iOT. Here is the list of colleges you are eligible for as per your EAMCET ranks:
