And to get a MBBS seat in government college you should have a score above 550 and for BDS course you should have a score of 500.

Different state have different cutoffs of their colleges. Some of the states have higher cutoffs of their colleges above 580 even if you have a state Quota of that state these are mostly South colleges and some states have little low cutoffs above 450. The cutoffs depends on which state you want go.
