The cut off percentage depends on which combination of subjects you are choosing or rather in which subject you want to do B.A . So, I'll give you a summary about the cut off percentages of St.Xaviers College and Jai hind college. Hope it might help you to give an idea for what you are looking. This information O am providing you is based on previous years as for the recent year admission have not yet started. 

St.Xaviers College

The cut offs rise every year by 2 to 3 percent. According to last 2years , it was

92.46% for general category                                   84%      for Cristian minority &                               82 to 86 for caste(depending on your caste)  91 for OBC.                                                                 Hope this gives you and idea. 

Jai Hind College
