If you considered top national institute of technology then cutoff may go as low as 2000 for obc candidate .

But if you consider lower northeast nits then you might get admission with 8000 rank for computer science branch.

But josaa councelling has GFTIs and in gftis the cutoff for computer science branch may go low to 10000 rank .
