According to the SSC CHSL application rules and instructions , you are supposed to mention your name and the date on which the photo was takan below the photo in a legible format without covering any part of your face. If your photo does not have the date clearly mentioned on it , then there is high chance your application may get rejected or your candidature will be cancelled.This rule applies to all SSC applications. Since this is one of their most important rule , you should have been a little careful before submitting the application. If you have completed the final submission then it is not possible to make changes ,and  they usually don't give any correction window. However, if you are not able to edit it , you may try mailing them directly regarding this and request assistance.
