In my opinion,

Ddu is better option.

As Faculty is good.
There are a lot of societies. Nice exposure.
Various events and seminars from time to time.
If you are aware, a lot of Internships will come your way.
Placements are fine as well.

DCAC ranks amongst the top 10 commerce colleges of DU and it's coed. But it is an off campus college and may not be able to provide you with all the exposure of various events in different colleges because travelling is a big hassel in Delhi.
