hi,
thanks for having interested in my question.

I completed Masters in commerce (MCOM) from IGNOU.

I got 50% marks but most colleges require 60% for pursuing Phd or Mphil.

please help me for contacting College whose requirement of 50% marks for PhD or Mphil.
