Yes you can give jee mains and advanced.
The eligibility criteria for admission in nits and iits is that :
You have to secure minimum 75% marks in 12 thor be in top 20 percentile .
So accordingly your marks are less than 75% ; but if you are in top 20 percentile you can take admission in nits .
But if you are not elegible ( from percentile criteria also ) ; instead of it you can give because only admission will be not possible .
But there are some colleges like DTU ; NSUT etc. which have less percentage criteria orslne other colleges which consider jee mains rank ( different eligiblity criteria )
So definitely you can can give jee mains and advanced.
