Hello aspirant,

For applying in state counselling of Maharashtra and to get benefitted for SC category you have to issue the cast certificate from the respective state.
You have SC certificate from Karnataka, so can get reservation in state counselling of respective state and in all india quota, not in Maharashtra state counselling.

Documemts required for counselling:

  • NEET UG 2021 admit card
  • Copy of filled application form (DMER)
  • NEET UG 2021 rank card
  • Nationality certificate
  • Domicile certificate
  • 12th or equivalent exam mark sheet
  • SSC passing certificate (for DOB proof)
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Aadhaar card
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Transfer certificate
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)

Hope this helps!!
All the best!!
