no there is no procedure to apply for bba offline As you can register yourself for bba cet online only. And if you are facing kind of problem while applying for the application form of bba cet 2018 then you can go for some cyber cafe they will fill your form. And there you are done. You can now give you entrace exam and procedure of your admission will go on. If you are still facing any problem you can ask. I’ll make you fill your form. So all the best.
