One Caste certificate is valid in most of the states while few states do have different caste eligibility certificate provision

If you want to get domicile benefit in Karnataka then, eligibility is-

• candidates should have studied in government recognised institution for a minimum of 7 years period
• The candidates must have passed their class 10th and 12th from the state recognised institution within the state or either of the parents should have studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years.
• The mother tongue of applicants must be local state language. Or they can clear a test by KEA.

Since your daughter studied till 12th in Maharashtra, she is eligible for Maharashtra domicile too.
