If you’re an ST candidate looking to get into IIT then the lower most marks that can get you in is called cut off marks. The cutoff for ST candidates varies year to year. However, analysing the cutoff from the past few years it would be safe to say that 45 marks can get an ST candidate into IIT as the lowest marks.
