Dear supposed I have given the Bihar entrance polytechnic exam and I have been qualified and even also supposed I have admitted in government diploma college but at the same time I want to fill the form of (Indian Navy Mr)exam is that possible to fill the form for me

To appear in Indian Navy MR a candidate must have passed class 10 from a recognized state or central board.The age must be in between 17-20 years.You can appear if you fulfill the eligibility criteria and if you get the job you need to leave the college and join Indian Navy if you wish to.There is no other way.The recruitment is based on merit in written test, medical test and physical test.
