It is with utmost disappointment that I say that it's almost impossible to determine the cut off for any specific college for any stream whatsoever.
The cut off marks vary from year to year and in general the cut off marks do not play any factor as such in determining a college. The cut off marks may be estimated for the examination as such but not for any college.
I'd advice you to aim for your best marks and not focus on cut off marks as such. Lest it lead to your undoing.
