Hello candidate,

Energy difference in a capacitor can be referred as the energy stored in the capacitor per unit volume of its area, which gets lost eventually as the capacitors tends to discharge.

The numerical expression for Energy density is equal to 1/2*C*V2/weight, where C is the capacitance you computed and V should be your nominal voltage.

Hope it was informational!!
