Admissions are available to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes at the University Institute of Engineering and Technology Kurukshetra. Candidates must take the JEE Main exam to be considered for admission to UIET Kurukshetra's B.Tech programme. Candidates must register for Haryana B.Tech admission when the results are announced, giving preference to UIET Kurukshetra. Following that, the Haryana State Technical Education Society will announce the cutoff, and those who meet the cutoff must attend University Institute of Engineering and Technology Kurukshetra admission counselling. Seats will be assigned on the basis of merit.

UIET Kurukshetra offers a four-year full-time undergraduate degree in B.Tech. Computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, biotechnology, and mechanical engineering are among the B.Tech programmes offered by the university.
