As both aerospace engineering and aeronautical engineering are prepared to design aircraft there is not a much difference in both.

However, aerospace engineering would likely to be combination of two specializations namely: aeronautical engineers who handle the design of aircraft and austronautical engineers who are specialised in designing spacecraft.

To do the bachelors degree in aeronautical includes specializations only on the aircrafts which are inside the boundary of earth's atmosphere. where as to do bachelors in aerospace engineering includes specializations in both.
