Hi,
BPT stands for Business Process Transformation. It is a term that describes the act of radically changing the series of actions which constitute a business process.
BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing . It refers to the outsourcing of one or more steps of a business process to a BPO provider. It is done basically for cost benefits as BPO provider can provide same business process at much lower costs.
