Difference between General Rank and Category Rank ??

Hi aspirant,
The general rank is the all India rank of the candidate. Rank calculated for all candidates who appeared irrespective of their category.
For a student belonging to categories such as OBC ST or SC, there is a separate ranking system for each category. These ranks are category ranks.
