Yeah they can able to write the JEE MAINS examination but unfortunately they can't able to take the admission in any NIT or CFTI'S. If they can able to qualify JEE mains then they have to write the JEE Advance and admission will be given as a 12th pass student.

I have not done 12 class .
I have done only 10th then i have taken admission in diploma . And now my diploma will be completed in 2019 so i want to take admission in IIT in lateral entry

There is not any particular specificied syllabus for diploma holders. You need to follow the same syllabus only which normally applicant's of IIT-JEE will prepare.
