Do all the candidates who have filled the application form of keam in february also have to send the documents to the office of cee ?

There is absolutely no need to send any hard copies of documents to the CEE's office. This was compulsory until last year, but from this year onwards, the process is completely online, hence you need not send any documents by post. Do check your candidate portal and KEAM official website for notifications.
