dear aspirant,

The candidates who are belonging to Andhra Pradesh have to prove their local/ non-local status during the time of counselling. The local candidates will be defined when the candidate follows the below criteria

As per the presidential order, the candidates will be defined as local.

The candidates or their parents have to reside in Andhra Pradesh for more than 10 years.

Either of the parents of the candidate has to be an employee of the State or Central Government, or Public Sector Corporation Local Bodies, Universities and other educational institutions recognized by the state government or Central government.

The spouse of the candidate should be an employee of the State or Central Government corporations.

If non local there are no specific documents to be produced for there are less preference for other state candidates.

hope it helped.
