Hello student, Yes colleges accept black and white documents also. Most of the colleges also ask student to bring their original documents also for the verification process so black and white copy is not a barrier in this case. You can give black and white documents also just your details should be clear in the copy.

In any counselling College ask for your original marksheet of class 12. At time of addmission, most of the college ask you to submit original documents of class 12th.
So you should must have your original documents with black and white print of your marksheet. If you haven't got marksheet till now from school/college you can submit print out. So you should always carry your original documents during counselling and college admission.
Otherwise check college documents list and prescribed format take it.
