if you get any email from nta for your photos then you should worry about otherwise not.
many student mistake it.
its not a big issue

but if u can make them change then plz change them, and if cant then leave it because it is not so important
In the official website it is clearly mentioned for all the requirements
Still if the administrators of the medical administration do not accept your photo after uploading they will give you a chance for re-uploading with all the instructions in the format required.
