Do i need residence certificate for ts pgecet counselling ? I have completed all my education until graduation from telangana.

Hello aspirant!  If you want to exercise your reservation or you have given ts pgecet exam then you must bring your residential certificate issued by the sdo/ dm of your district to the counselling . You must have a proof that proves that you are a resident of telangana state. Therefore you must carry your residential certificate.
