Hi Bharat,

You need not to change your nationality to avail for NRI quota. If you are an OCI card holder or should be person of Indian Origin. If you have any relative who is earning abroad then you can show that they will be sponsoring your education. For MBBS it is mandatory for the relative to be your blood relative that is sister, brother, father or mother. But recently Rajasthan high court has annulled this clause for NRI quota PG Aspirants ( https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/jaipur/high-court-relief-to-nri-pg-medical-aspirants/articleshow/67921108.cms ).
