No, you don't have have to worry about your intermediate marks it is not added but there is a condition that your marks should be greater than 75 percent considering the fact that you belong to general category or with in top 20 percentile of your equivalents board.

Up to 2016 the inter marks are considered for JEE mains rank calculations But from 2017 inter marks are not considered for rank calculations for JEE mains, but the student must get inter with 75 percentage for general category and 65 percentage for SC and ST category for qualifying JEE mains.
