do pilot get bored after 2-3 years in theire field if they have passion for flying since there childhood?

It depends one's choice & interest otherwise it is one of the exciting job. So if you are passionate about flying then you should go for it. Take-offs and Landings are fairly entertaining & Everyday you will face different issues and challenges to deal with, different crew, and a varied network. And all jobs become repetitive after some time. but pilot shave to meet new challenges on every flight. Like you fly new routes, land new airports, fly at different heights and speeds. Overall it is well paid & reputated job but the choice should be yours.

i want became a int. airline pilot so how.....(1)here i should get training (2) i have dream for captain at etihad,emirates,lufthanza....etc so what is process for it(3) is aeronautical degree or any other degree required or help in this career?
