Generally same question doesn't repeat in entrance examination be it BITSAT or any other entrance examination but yes  many times can find a similar question with changed numerical value in your entrance examination like BITSAT etc , also most of the time it is not the question that gets repeated but the concept behind the question which gets repeated.

Also solving previous year questions will help you to understand the types of questions which are asked in exam, you will understand the important topics which are covered in the exam by practising them so that you can accordingly prepare for the exam , you will also get to know your preparation level .

So , you should definitely solve BITSAT previous year questions
