IELTS is the exam which is conducted to evaluate a candidate’s proficiency level in the English language. Candidates can not get scholarship only on the basis of IELTS scores. However, If you have very good IELTS score then you might use it with academic record to avail a scholarship.
Criteria vary from University to University. You will have to check the procedure of particular Universities.

Quite a few scholarship foundations look atI ELTS scores.This includes international scholarship foundations such as the Fulbright Award. And your IELTSscorecanalso helpyou get scholarships at individual universities like Temple and Oxford.
