The notification for CPGET 2020 third phase counselling is not yet released. As of now second phase counselling is ongoing. Third phase counselling will be conducted only if there are vacant seats. So you you should check he CPGET 2020 counselling website from time to time to know the updates. Coming to the next question yes, you will get your original documents that you have submitted in the first phase allotted college if you get seat in another college in second phase counselling and the first seat allotment automatically stands cancelled.
