Do we have to fill up the form of NIT or any other college separately which accepts JEE AIR?

Yes there are certain private colleges which accept jee main rank, but you should fill there from.
Where NITs accept students from jossa only.

So where will the application form available for josaa and when it is to be filled, before JEE results or after the results?

Nothing like that u mentioned here
All you have to do is log on to josaa.nic.in and log in there by filling your JEE main roll no. or application id followed by password..
There you will have to fill your choices of college with the concerned branches.
JoSAA counseling is purely based on your JEE MAIN AIR.
