do we have to give different exams for neet and aiims

No , you don't need to give different exams for getting into aiims as now both aiims and Jipmer examination have been scrapped off , and admission to all the medical colleges in India including all the aiims and Jipmer will be based on the basis of marks/percentile obtained by you in neet examination, thus neet is single entrance exam i.e only gateway to all the medical colleges for mbbs, bds, bhms, bams etc. So , you need to appear for neet only and no other examination .
You can check the neet 2020 eligibility criteria provided below :-
- To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old by December 31st, 2020 .
- You should get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
- There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.
I would like to tell you that NEET 2020 application form will be released by nta on December 2, 2019 in online mode at ntaneet.nic.in and the last date to register and fill the application form of NEET 2020 is December 31, 2019 , so you need to make sure that you fill the application form between these dates and the neet examination will be conducted on May 3, 2020..
