You have to provide your marks out of 100 marks so it will include your practical marks also.They will provide a correction window in the month of January so keep an eye on official website of NTA I hope this information helps you.

Dear, your PCB aggregate includes the total marks of both theory and practicals and not the individual score. And if you've not entered this information as per the requirement then you can make changes during the form correction facility. It'll stay from 14th of January till 31st January 2019. Make sure you go through the entire form as many times possible and then finally submit it.

In the neet application form you have to include the theory as well as practical marks of class 12th. So if you have done some mistake you can inform the authorities about the same and can correct it during the correction period i.e from 14th january to 31 january
