Hi Shashank,
You do not need to fill different college application before NEET, except the colleges not under NEET like AIIMS.
Once you have gone through NEET, results will be released and different rounds of counciling notice will follow that. The notice about each of above will be there on NEET website. You will need to fill the form before counciling and after results according to priority and choice of college.
So, before the exam, there is nothing to worry about.

You do not need to fill up any search firms before the Neet examination
Which is your trying for some private colleges in Bangalore other states they give out the forms only after the Neet results and/or ranks have been published.. login to the specific websites of the websites of the colleges for details
