Yes, you have to submit the amount to appear for INICET Councelling but the amount will be considered only if the seat is allocated in any round of INICET Councelling july 2022. Otherwise, it would be refunded back to you as a whole.

The second round of registration for the INICET counselling has begun at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). For the second round, candidates can select their institute, subject, and/or specialisation at aiimsexams.org until January 1.
According to an official statement by AIIMS, candidates who participate in the second round of counselling must accept the seat allocated to them; else, the seat offered to them in the first round will be deemed empty and offered to a different candidate based on merit. A fine of Rs. 3 lakh would be assessed if the upgraded seat is not accepted.
