Hey abhi,

That's is important. Your 10th and 12th marks are a part of process while evolves around placements. Yes most companies have a certain criteria of 60% but thats just to get less students to interview. Its like using filters on Amazon or Flipkart. But that's only when you are in college placements. As there is huge number of students so they select a few. You can always go on a walk in interview. The 60% criteria is just for on campus placements. So just be concern for you bachelor's score well. If you scored well in bachelor's and you are talented then relax it's your day then.

Best Of Luck

Hello Abhi,

Yes, they do matter for you to qualify for attending the interview. Some companies put cutoff that the candidate must have 70% and above secured in SSC and INTER. Other than that SSC memo is used for proffs and stuff. It's a damn proof which shows that you've worked with your full dedication for 2 years. Some campanies(very few) do shortlist students according to the examination rank.
