does class 10 passing certificate in neet means my 10th result or anything else?

It is mentioned that you have to upload a scanned copy of the passing certificate of 10th standard.
But for CBSE, the marksheet and certificate is same. So you have to scan your result/marksheet and upload it in the format given.
Indian ssc boards other than CBSE provide 2 certificates after passing 10th. To register in NEET you need to upload the scanned copy of the pass certificate which is provided along with your result/marksheet. For aspirants who have studied under CBSE board, scanned copy of the 10th marksheet is required as the board provides only the marksheet.
