If you have excellent skill sets for a particular job then again class 12th marks do not matter to get job into a reputed company. Every company needs the best talent who can be responsible for the high productivity in the industry,hence doesn't matter if have scored less .

Still scoring above than 75% will be good as it would not harm you instead will give more power to your CV in future. As getting admission in good colleges some times it gets important.

Hello student yes if you're willing to take admission in Good MBA college like IIM and engineering college like IIT NIT then this class 12 percent matter but if you're planning to do something different or pursuing any other course then these percentage won't matter. At the end all you have to do is hard work.
