Does ecb bikaner or cet bikaner will be affiliated to rtu for the session 2018-19 or btu.....Should I take admission if they are under btu?

CET bikaner or Government college engineering bikaner in a government college which is affiliated with Rajashthan Technical university.
If you want to take admission then branch also depends.
So the affialiated university is good.
So if you want to take admission in CSE, ECE these branches then it will be better because there are lots of companies and jobs available for these branches but if you want to choose ee,eee,ce,me then you should think. You can also prepare for gate and there are great opportunity after gate or ies.
