It is may and may not possible as freelancers earn between INR 10K - INR 30K per month in India, while the experienced freelancers can earn upto INR 80K. Freelancers have improved and get entry to to the global work market via Upwork and different freelance job platforms.

See this are very relative terms. The company you are in, its user base, what project or kind of project you are working on is dependent to decide your salary in that company. Also if you have a good amount of experience in content writing, then you can get real hike for changing company but if you are a fresher and working with a average company or a start up then you can expect projects ranging between Rs. 5k to 25k having time boundations of providing the project. Now for big companies as a freelancer you can earn mostly the same for each project. So if you can do 2 projects every month then you can earn Rs. 50k per month but its hard to do so. The other salary ranges you have provided are not at all realistic for freelancing provided if you are creating your own content writing platform as a start up then you can target that kind of a money. But technically thats also not freelancing.
