It is quite tough to get placed into a well-known company through the college because the cut off will start from 8 CGPA for core companies. For non-core companies, CGPA above 6.5 is acceptable. The overall placements in this college are the best for students of computer and electronics and communication branch.

Infrastructure :The infrastructure of the college is the best. The campus is W-Fi enabled and has AC rooms. The library is well-equipped with all the books of all the branches. It is a hub to several journals and magazines as well. The newly built recreation centre for sports and student plaza for cultural events helps in all-round development of the student.

Faculty :The teachers in MIT are highly experienced and have vast knowledge. Most of the lecturers have a PhD degree. There are a few who have multiple PhDs. Powerpoint presentations and blackboards are used as a method of teaching. The teaching of the lecturers is easy to understand.

If you have a GPA below 7, then you are rarely eligible for any good company. The shortlisting process for companies is also based on a cumulative score generated, where your GPA is taken into consideration. So even one clear the cutoff for the company, it's pretty difficult to clear the online test.

To boost your chances of getting better offers, you need to maintain a good CGPA. A CGPA above 7 will improves your chances of getting into a good MNC.

Pay packages are pretty low (except for if you're in the top 10% in CSE or ECE).
