Dear Abhirup, the answer is no. Though few MNCs look for candidates from Top Tier Institutes, what matters is how you have fared in your Graduation and Post Graduation (if any) and the interview. TCS profiles state that they need candidates who have had a minimum aggregate of 60% all through their academics. With 62.8% in 12th, you cross that hurdle. So make sure you keep your minimum aggregate atleast at 60% throughout and you should be fine.
