Hello,
No, your admission in any medical college will be based on merit in NEET UG.You won't get extra marks for having NCC 'B' certificate.But in colleges like AFMC NCC certificate is considered but NCC certificate alone does not help you to get seat in MBBS.You need to get good score to get seat in a good college.
