Admission in NIT Warangal, BTECH is only through JoSAA counseling. Whether it is for reserved category seats or Unreserved. You could check the seat matrix of JoSAA here:- https://josaa.nic.in/seatinfo/root/seatmatrix.aspx

CSAB is a counseling procedure for some state colleges and some IIITs. But all the NITs take admissions through JoSAA counseling only.
