Hello,
AP PGECET 2019 counselling is conducted separately for GATE and GPAT qualified candidates along with entrance exam qualified candidates. Allotment of seats is done as per the merit, preference of the candidates and seat availability. The entrance examination for the counselling isAP PGECET
No there is no 2 nd round of counseling for AP PGECET for GATE students for Mtech.
